FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor Course

The course is aimed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits of Food safety management systems against FSSC 22000 ver. 5 (Including ISO 22000:2018) or acceptable equivalent, in accordance with ISO 19011, ISO 22003 and ISO 17021. This course satisfies the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA FSMS auditor.

Methodology

There is a balance between knowledge-based presentation, discussions, exercises and case studies. About two third of the time is spent on activity based learning. A mock examination paper will be discussed throughout the course to help students to be familiar with the style of the examination.
